Booking and Payment

When you book with Lakbay Pinas, a reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email, along with payment instructions. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit (varies based on the number of hours of booking) of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 6 hours after paying the reservation online. The deposit is for pencil booking only. Full payment is required to be paid within 6 hours of reservation to close off the dates of your travel.

Payment Gateways and Refund Policies

We use secure payment gateways for transactions. In case of cancellations, our refund policy, as detailed on our website, will apply.

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please get in touch with our page within 6 hours of paying the reservation fee. Refunds are subject to our terms and conditions, and the amount of the refund depends on the date of cancellation.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours after paying the full rental payment will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours after payment of the total rental payment are not subject to refunds.

Please note that any refund will be made to the original payment method used, and it may take up to 14 to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Services

Our travel booking and car rental services are subject to availability. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions for eCommerce purchases, but we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Our affiliate program allows you to earn referral commissions, subject to our affiliate terms and conditions.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, or other incidents that may occur during your trip.

Car Rental

Our rental rates include basic insurance coverage, but you may elect to purchase additional coverage for an extra fee. The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your rental agreement, and any changes must be made in advance.

eCommerce Items

In addition to travel services and car rentals, Lakbay Pinas also offers eCommerce items, such as souvenirs, accessories, and other Philippines-inspired merchandise. Please note that eCommerce items are subject to separate terms and conditions, including shipping, returns, and refunds.

Publish Stories

At Lakbay Pinas, we love to share the stories and experiences of our customers and partners. By submitting a story, photo, or video to us, you grant us the right to publish, distribute, and use your content in our marketing materials, website, and social media accounts. Please note that we may edit your content for length, grammar, and clarity, but we will not alter the substance or meaning of your story without your written consent.
